These terms set clear expectations for using Luxe Watch.pk, placing an order and receiving customer support.

You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful shopping purposes. Misuse, fraud or interference with the website is prohibited.
Products and pricing
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. A listing error or stock change may require us to contact you, correct or cancel an order before dispatch.
Orders and confirmation
Submitting checkout creates an order request. An order is confirmed after availability and delivery details are verified. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery requires a 20% advance; the remaining balance is collected at delivery. Please keep the exact amount available where possible and inspect the external parcel condition before accepting it.
Custom product requests
A custom request is not an order or guaranteed quote. Availability, authenticity checks, delivery time and final price are confirmed separately before purchase.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain hygiene, personalised, opened or clearance items may not be returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
