Luxe Watch.pk delivers to serviceable addresses across Pakistan. Remote-area coverage and delivery timing may vary by courier availability.
Delivery times
Standard orders usually arrive within 3–7 working days after confirmation. Custom orders, imported products and exceptional weather or public holidays may require additional time.
Delivery charges
The checkout displays the applicable delivery charge before an order is placed. Standard delivery is Rs. 250 and may be free when the shown basket threshold or a valid coupon applies.
Tracking
Use the Track Order page with your order reference. Support can also assist through the chat button or Contact Us page.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders require a 20% advance and the remaining balance is collected at your delivery address. A working phone number is required because the courier may call before delivery.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails because the address or phone number is incorrect, we may contact you to reschedule. Repeated unsuccessful attempts may result in cancellation.
